Mandalas for Mental Health

Mandalas literally saved my life.

When I painted my first mandala, I was engulfed in grief. I had been stuck in a cycle of fear, sadness, despair, and I wanted to die. I met a woman who was teaching spiritual art to women. I saw several of the mandalas that other women had painted at the Jung House in Columbus, Ohio. I was amazed and intrigued by the shear beauty and creativity of every mandala. At that time I did no know what a mandala was, but I immediately signed up to take the 4 day class, and my life transformed. (The full story can be found in my book, "Activate Divine Creativity: The Life-Changing Magic of the Mandala")
